Welcome to the West End Sertoma Church Basketball League! Started in the 1960s, the league is the largest and longest-running youth church basketball league in the city.

The league is a collection of churches from all over Nashville as Presbyterian, Methodist, Episcopalian, Baptist, Catholic and Church of Christ denominations all compete.

This season 75 teams will participate in three different divisions - Senior High Boys (31 teams), Junior High Boys (17 teams) and Girls (27 teams).
